We were honoured with the attendance of some dignitaries from both Brisbane and Indonesia. They included The Honourable Glen Elmes MP, Minister for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island and Multicultural Affairs, Ian Walker MP, Minister for Science, Information Technology, Innovation and the Arts, Cr. Graham Quirk The Right Honourable, the Lord Mayor of Brisbane, Ms Kusuma Nursiawati Habir , Deputy Chief of Mission (representing the Indonesian Ambassador to Australia), His Excellency Gary R.M Jusuf, Indonesian Ambassador to Fiji, His Excellency Mr H. Ganjar Pranowo SH, Governor of Central Java (Sister State of Queensland),  Mr. Ian Stewart, QLD Police Commissioner, Mr. Freya Ostapovitch,  Member for Stretton,  Mr. Derek Brown, QLD State Director of Department of Foreign Affairs and Trading (DFAT), Mr. Aryo Wijoseno, General Manager of Garuda Indonesia in Queensland, and lastly delegates from the Bali Tourism Promotion Board and Badung Regency.

We hope that as we grow as an organisation and event that our sponsors will continue the journey and grow with us. During the festival we also distributed some great prizes from our our great raffle sponsors which included Garuda Indonesia, Hard Rock Hotel Bali, Sheraton Fiji and Tokoriki, Grand Chancellor Hotel Brisbane, Hilton Surfers Paradise, Austrex, SaLease, Wide Bay Australia and Sendok Garpu.

This festival have always been supported and endorsed by many Australian and Indonesian organisations, especially those that are government based. These include Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia Canberra, Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia Sydney, Brisbane City Council, Queensland Government, Brisbane Marketing, Australia Indonesian Business Council, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Brisbane Airport Corporation and Bali Tourism Promotion Board.

The IndOz Festival was regarded as the biggest Indonesian Festival ever held in Queensland and inevitably, this festival cannot achieve its great success without the participation and support from our endorsers, sponsors, exhibitors and participants.
